Robert Mayhew

Robert Mayhew joined Pomerleau Capital as the Director, Asset Management in August of 2021 and works closely with Paul Mai and Jay Cuylits on the under construction and in operation portfolio of assets.
Robert has over 30 years of experience in the planning, delivery, and operations of complex construction projects in the ICI market. This includes more than ten years experience with the delivery of Public Private Partnership (P3) projects across Canada including a wide range of asset classes. Prior to joining Pomerleau, Robert operated his own consulting business specializing in P3 projects and most recently was the Project Co. Lead for two long-term care homes in central Newfoundland and Labrador. Robert also served as the Vice President Asset Management for Fengate Asset Management and developed their team of professionals who manage a portfolio of assets.
A graduate from the Architectural Technology program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Robert subsequently earned a professional designation as a Facility Management Professional from the International Facility Management Associate (IFMA). He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management Executive Program.
