Paul Mai, MSc., CFA is our Senior Director - Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Investments. As the first member to join the Pomerleau Capital team in 2019, Paul brings a wealth of experience and insight with him. His expertise in infrastructure financing and excellent negotiation skills has proven to be instrumental in securing financing, having participated in the negotiation of the Louis-Hippolyte-Lafontaine tunnel financing of over $700 million, one of the largest bank financings in Quebec. With over 16 years of experience in the industry and more than 50 projects to his credit, he has garnered a respectable reputation with stakeholders. Specializing in public infrastructure financing, strategic risk allocation and the implementation of appropriate payment mechanisms for stakeholders, Paul is well equipped to carry out essential infrastructure projects for the communities of today and tomorrow.
Paul obtained his Master of Finance from the London Business School and is also a CFA charter holder.
