Public private partnership (P3)

Public Private Partnership (PPP) refers to a service offered to public agencies seeking a private partner for their public project over periods ranging from 20 to 30 years. Whether it is for financing, designing, constructing, or operating purposes, PPP agreements allow for appropriate allocation of responsibilities, resources, risks, and rewards.

In recent years, Pomerleau has been selected as private partner for the construction of over 1.5 billion dollars worth of projects. These include the CRCHUM, MUHC and Cité du Savoir, among others.

Pomerleau is an active player in this field, having bid on several public invitations to tender for hospitals, sports and cultural venues, schools, and engineered constructions. For these projects, Pomerleau has gathered teams of design, construction, operation, and maintenance experts working together for the duration of the contracts.
