For the Complexe scientifique de Québec, Pomerleau is there before the first plan is even drawn
The SIQ has called on Pomerleau's expertise as project and construction manager for its plan to restore and enlarge the Complexe scientifique de Québec. The company is collaborating with the SIQ in selecting professionals and overseeing development of the design and the works program, in short, every stage of the project from conception to delivery.
The project involves carrying out major repairs to the envelope, installing sprinklers and constructing a reception pavilion, all this in permanently occupied premises. Project completion is due in 2012.
