The building has some 30,000 m2 of tenantable office space over 12 floors, 2 levels of underground parking and an attached mechanical room.
The work included:
- Replacement of the old brick envelope wtih zinc cladding and curtain walls, giving the building a contemporary appeal.
- Replacement of the old electromechanical system with a modern, energy-efficient system.
Pomerleau also handled the tenant improvements for the Spectra Group (8th to 10th floors), the Consulate of Venezuela and Technocentre (3rd floor).
