- A 9,300-m2 parking garage beneath Building L19, the multifunctional centre ($8M as General Contractor)
- A commercial building with an area of some 15,000 m2 over five floors and a 1,500-seat theatre ($26.8M
as Construction Manager)
This new-format, open-air retail centre, located at the intersection of Highways 10 and 30, has given Brossard a downtown all its own.
