Originally constructed in 1968, this 17 storey building remains one of Montreal’s most prestigious business addresses, offering 47,400 m² of space.

After carrying out emergency repairs in 2004, Pomerleau replaced the entire prefabricated concrete building envelope with a glass and aluminium curtain wall and carried out major electromechanical work to improve the building's energy efficiency while the building's 1,500 occupants carried on business as usual.

The building envelope was delivered a month early and the electromechanical renovations right on time.
