Neighbouring the head office of the SSQ, Life Insurance Company Inc., the Roland-Giroux Building offers 38,400 m2 of space, 22,300 m2 divided over 6 floors of offices and 16,100 m2 divided over 3 levels of underground parking.
After delivering the base building in the fall of 2005, Pomerleau proceeded to the tenant improvements for the SSQ General Insurance, SSQ Life Insurance, SSQ Société immobilière and Hydro-Québec.
In November 2004, the ACQ Quebec Region announced that thanks to the cooperation of the SSQ and Pomerleau, this project had become the first “Gold Seal Project” in the province of Quebec. The Gold Seal program is an initiative of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) that recognizes and promotes management excellence.
