Pomerleau’s team is proud to have been involved in both the design and construction process of all 3 phases of the distinctive Sax condominium complex on Montreal’s Nun’s Island.
Concrete structures tastefully clad in brick and blending harmoniously with their surroundings, the six and seven storey buildings offer a total of 276 condominium units ranging in area from 66 m2 to 145 m2 and 450 underground parking spaces.
All units are characterized by clean lines, abundant indirect lighting and terraces with spectacular views.
Thanks to Pomerleau’s expertise as a manager and a builder, the architect’s vision was translated into reality within the client’s budget and the purchasers’ visions were fully integrated.
