Pomerleau was responsible for managing the complete project, based on the client’s program, and delivering it within just over a year.
Open to the public, the Casino has four levels and total surface area of 26,200 m2. There are 55 gaming tables, more than 1,700 slot machines, 2 bars (115 seats), 2 restaurants, snack bar, executive lounge, hall with a capacity of 360 persons, and a boutique.
It is equipped with ultra-modern surveillance and the high-performance electromechanical and lighting systems are centrally computer-controlled. The ventilation system brings in fresh air at the rate of 30 CFM/person, allowing for a complete change of air on a regular basis. A back-up generator can supply 100% of the building’s electrical requirements should there be a power failure.
