This complex houses the maintenance, technical and administrative support facilities for all of Loto-Québec's Montreal activities.
Pomerleau led value analysis sessions that achieved the best possible quality/cost ratio in relation to the client's objectives and balanced the initial program with the tight budget.
The 36,200-m2 three-storey multipurpose building which has an exterior cladding of brick, stone and curtain wall, includes:
- 8,000 m2 of offices;
- A cafeteria;
- A 400-seat staff room;
- Several training rooms;
- Workshops and storage areas;
- An atrium that connects the office area to the workshops and storage section; and
- A 1,200-m2 daycare centre for 80 children that also includes an outdoor playground.
The workshop, garage and storage area of 14,000 m2.
This project also included the construction of a 700-space four-level parking structure equipped with elevators.
