Pomerleau handled the design, construction and financing of La Cité du Savoir. Valued at more than $50M, the building will be owned by Pomerleau for the next 30 years.

Currently involved in two other projects of the same type, the University de Montréal's Hospital Centre (CHUM) and the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), Pomerleau intends to embark on other such contractual arrangements in future. Already a solid player in this area, Pomerleau's full potential is realized through the PPP concept.
