POMERLEAU's own direct hires carry out work in different specialties, including: earthwork (sewers and aqueducts, roadway infrastructures, etc.), foundations (piles, vibrodensification, shoring and underpinning, vertical drainage systems), formwork & concreting, heavy lifting (wind turbines, replacement of bridge decks) and waterway and marine construction (dredging, outflows).
POMERLEAU'S projects are often huge and complex. Over and over again, the firm's capacity to carry them out with its own work force has been instrumental in its ability to meet the challenges and strict requirements that are part of such projects. It has also enabled the firm to manage technically sophisticated projects with high quality standards in an environment where the project is carried out on a fast-track basis.
POMERLEAU'S strength lies in the aptitudes and attitudes of its people. More than 70 superintendents and 120 foremen deploy their experience, the group's resources and their own concentrated efforts to deliver projects of uncompromising quality, in safety and on schedule. Better than anyone else, POMERLEAU's employees know exactly what to do to carry out a project successfully. They take the right steps, use the right tools and spare no effort to honour their commitments.
When it comes to major projects, POMERLEAU's direct hires have everything it takes to carry them out.
