The construction specialists on Pomerleau's multidisciplinary team - project directors, managers, coordinators, estimators and superintendents - number several hundred of the best in the business. Almost one-third hold Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal certification in their particular fields.

Pomerleau's 1,300 employees include the more than 80 project directors and managers on the project management team.  The on-site team consists of over 60 superintendents, 100 foremen and crew chiefs. This team is supplemented by health and safety officers with expertise in the specific jurisdiction. The firm is able to mobilize an on-site workforce very quickly, drawing from its 500 to 800 direct hires.  The firm has 5 estimating teams, one in each regional office, and a full complement of experienced administrative and information technology staff. Add to that the support provided by the centralized logistics, human resources accounting, legal, and quality management departments.
