Pomerleau serves Eastern Canada from Ontario to Newfoundland, through its 5 regional offices: Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, and Saint-Georges. The company is well-positioned to provide local project teams that know the subcontractor and supplier regional market and can recommend optimized approaches and solutions to reduce costs while maintaining quality and scheduling objectives. For each project, the assigned personnel ensure all activities are carried out according to client objectives and in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 standards.

Pomerleau's construction team is made up of hundreds of multidisciplinary experts with an average of 15 years of experience with the company. Among them, over thirty project directors and managers, estimators and superintendents hold Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal certification in their particular fields. More specifically, the on-site project management team comprises more than 80 project directors and managers and over 70 superintendents, 100 foremen and crew chiefs, while the estimating team contains more than 30 estimators. Including the administrative, logistics, accounting, IT, health and safety, quality and support staff, Pomerleau has, overall, more than 500 devoted employees and trade professionals.
